"The beds are twin sizes instead of double sizes. Some rooms should have two double size beds. A movie Chanel in English and creamer for coffee. Also, the rooms should have wash clothes or face towels. There was none in all the rooms. Everything else was excellent."

"The amount of palm was like an oasis after being in busy Istanbul. The food and dining there is phenomenal. There is a lovely pool and comfortable pool chairs to relax in. They have a great bar and the hotel itself is very well kept."

"The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday"

"Had an amazing weekend at Palmera! Check in staff was kind and efficient. The bar staff was not attentive, I was often ignored but it didn’t bother me too much as I wasn’t in a hurry. Unfortunately, there were many extra charges and add ons that I was not made aware of. Many guests and I complained about the fact that we paid for all inclusive, yet most things were not included. A bit disappointed about that, a simple note on the property details would have sufficed. Regardless, the food was delicious and the vibes were great! The kitties were my favorite part! I would come back, but only after April 1st, when everything opens for the season. "
