"Guest house Bon, is a great place to stay, but if you are tall it is a bit cramped, it wasn't uncommon to hit you head on the roof, the place was very clean and Bon was very accommodating,he was the best part of the trip"

"Highly recommend! The inn is very cozy and clean and the room we got was very spacious. It is in close proximity to a subway station and bus stop, making commutes via public transit convenient. "Village kiramachi is strategically located. It is a beautifully preserved ryokan with modern amenities. My family specifically love the ambience and the warm hospitality which really made us feel welcomed. The Terrace villa, which we stayed in had a outdoor bath and shower facilities which was really cool. The experience and service is simply awesome. "For convenience you can’t beat the location inside the futuristic Kyoto train station. And if you’ve got a busy schedule of sightseeing the convenient bus station in front takes you to most places for less than $2. The hotel itself is still well maintained and the deluxe rooms w/ tower view are gorgeous. However we rated them 4* for service because we weren’t allowed to drop off bags in the room at 2:40 because check in was at 3:00. We decided to head off as most sights close at 5:00 & returned to hotel at 7:30 (after dinner) to pick up keys packet which had a lot of dinner special coupons which we would’ve used if we’d been allowed to check in. "
