"I really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and service was generally good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we were on the first floor above the restaurant and we were disturbed by the noise of tables and chairs being move around when the restaurant closed and then before breakfast as they were dragged around."

Poor service meant coffee and dessert were not ordered as nobody was interested in asking diners once main course had been consumed. "The unit is spacious with a living room bedroogm, kitchen eating area and large bathroom. The owners provided us with coffee for the coffee machine, fresh fruit and fresh flowers. The have hens and even gave us some fresh eggs. The bed is great: it is adjustable. There was a TV in the bedroom with Netflix included. While Oss is not a usual tourist town for North Americans, it was centrally located to the places we visited in the Netherlands. We loved our stay and if we come bakc to the central...
