"My friends and I stayed at the Nene house for 7 days and we absolutely loved every bit of it! The house itself was very clean and cozy, we felt right at home and look forward to coming back to unwind from our day. The location couldn’t be any more perfect as it is across the street from the beach and we got to watch the sunset every evening, and it was located in a beautiful part of the island. The outdoor shower was very nice and great to rinse off after the beach. Our beds were very comfy to sleep in and enjoyed our mornings hearing the roosters freely walking around outside. You can tell the owners really thought of little details to make this home very special and a heartwarming place to stay. They are also very responsive and friendly. "We enjoyed our stay at this Kekaha house. It was in a nice area, the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house was only 2 blocks away from the beach and the sunsets were beautiful. Kekaha is only 3 miles from Waimea where you can see and/or hike the Waimea Canyon, have shave ice a Jojos, and enjoy good food at multiple restaurants. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful house."

"Could not have asked for a better location to rest, relax, swim, enjoy cooking and eating together. Old school vacation - time together !! We had multiple cars which enabled everyone to explore according to their own timetable and interests. Was a good plan, as most activities were at least 15 mins away. Salt pond beach is a hidden gem for snorkeling."

"If you are looking for a quiet low key small house with good access to Kekaha beach this will suit you just fine. Nothing fancy but all that you need. About a 3 minute drive to beach. One of the bathrooms is outside of the house in the carport."

"Family loved the convenience of walking to grandparents’ home that was just a few houses away and the beach. Neighborhood was safe and friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Rental was stocked with equipment for outdoor activities including snorkeling. Would definitely want to stay there again. Winters would be best since weather is cool and no AC is needed."
