"Great one night trip to Sado Island. Hotel location was easy walk and quiet as it was off the main street. Service was wonderful and the staff helped with site visit recommendations, transportation and meal recommendations. we had the breakfast at the hotel that was wonderful. So many dishes, all delicious. Great stop and we will be back in the summer."

"I knew I wanted to snowboard at Lotte Arai Resort but I read that it was in a very small town and basically only the resort buildings so i picked this spot because they offered a free shuttle to the nearby mountains. (Not Lotte though its a 40 minute drive and I had to get a separate bus. It was very easy though and the owner was able to help me figure it all out. "Singaporean family of 6, hard to fault anything. Most staff can speak basic English and attention is rendered to all appopriately, young and old. "They have a wonderful onsen with both indoor and outdoor options. It was especially beautiful this morning with snow covered trees. They have a lovely woman who does massages and who greeted me with a smile whenever our paths crossed. The hotel is right across from the train and bus station so getting around was very easy!"

"Hotel was nice, view was beautiful, if you get the side of sado island you can see it from your room. Closest hotel to sado kisen port but outside of that, there's really nothing close by unless you walk about 10 minutes."
