"Having staying there last year, we had the coldest two days of the year, the property had no heating or hot water. A heater was not provided. (issue) no reception to speak too. Hey ho, we decided to stay again, knowing that problems do arise. We were staying this time for 4 days 3 nights. we had no kettle, iron. cups ect, The tv was not working, and we could not get to speak to anybody, the reception was closed. we sent an email to the booking company to pass to the hotel, with NO reply. Would...

"Access to the hotel is via a large gate on the main street. Other than the signage on the gate, the property is not visible from the main street. The hotel surrounds a lovely garden. The hotel is very well kept. The room was spacious, simple but well maintained and comfortable. Parking is on street or at Jean Bart underground parking at the top of the street, I would definitely utilise again."

"Stayed here for just 1 night as we were off to Plopsaland the next day. Really lovely hotel, very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to get parked in the orange zone which was right outside the hotel. Plus Plopsaland was just 10 mins away, so super convenient!!"

"The hotel was really nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The automated check in was a little weird but worked easily; however, not having a desk attendant is problematic if there are issues. We couldn't get our heat or a/c to work, so it was a bit warm in the hotel. It was pretty convenient to walk to things. Overall it was nice, but a little different from a traditional hotel or airbnb. "
