"This was a fun experience. Although the rooms are efficiently designed to be small; everything you need is in there. The ground floor leisure spaces were fantastic. Large, social bar offering good food options. Many work spaces and sitting areas: some with TVs. Many people choose to socialize with other guests in community spaces; some people found a quiet work space and we found a couch area to watch TV and have our drinks and meal. A very unique and pleasant change from a single community space with little charm"

"We stayed 4 night 5 days. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram and bus stations, as well as a supermarket nearby. There was also a bar in the hotel where we could enjoy drinks and food. The room was very clean and quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. However, it was a bit small for four people, due to open shower water tended to splash everywhere, leaving the bathroom floor wet. Also, the sink did not drain very well. The reception staff were very helpful and kindly allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a comfortable, restful experience."

"honestly couldn’t fault my stay at the Radisson Blu Amsterdam City Center. From the moment I arrived, everything was excellent. The staff were absolutely outstanding — so warm, welcoming, kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of customer service was genuinely second to none. Every member of staff I dealt with made me feel incredibly welcome. I was very kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more special. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable. I also ordered room service during my stay and that was excellent too — the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The hotel itself is in a brilliant location, but for me it was the staff who really made the experience. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine friendliness stood out from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely choose this hotel when I return to Amsterdam. A truly wonderful stay and an easy 10/10. Highly recommended!"

"Usb ports above bed did not work. Breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to see someone in person at the front desk when checking in rather than doing it on an ipad. Great to have free 24 hour bike garage 2 doors over from hotel entrance."
