"This is a lovely hotel located very close to the train station, but also right in the center of an area where you can go to restaurants, shops, and a little way down from the river. They were willing to take our luggage before we checked in so we didn’t have to drag it with us. Also, the last day, we left it with them in the afternoon until we took the train out. They were always very kind and I would stay there again in a minute!"

"A good location for site seeing or getting out of town. Place is clean inside but general streets around are not clean. Good buffet breakfast and underground parking is handy. Area can get noisy at night if you leave windows open otherwise it is quiet."

"The hotel was excellent. Staff was wonderful. We loved the hotel. The greatest amenity was it was so close to everything that you could walk to a different café every day you were there. Next time we come to Maastricht we will definitely book this hotel again. Can’t say enough good things about the staff the amenities and the location."

"Beautiful, older hotel that needs some TLC. Very friendly staff who are always there to help. The room was relatively clean but is desperate for a make over.....it's showing its age. The hotel decor is quite old fashioned with lots of dark wood and old furniture but still very comfortable. Unfortunately, it's not very good value for money. We stayed for 2 nights which were really quite expensive but it was during an Andre Reiu concert weekend so it's only to be expected. The location is ideal for train travellers, which we were, being literally 100 yards from the station. However, it's on the wrong side of the river for the beautiful old town of Maastricht and the big square where the concert is....about 25 minute slow walk. Would we return? Absolutely."

"Fantastic hotel, right in the hart of town. Breakfast was lovely great selection. Room was very comfortable with an amazing shower. And the staff were so good nothing was too much trouble. Thanks it was amazing."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!"

"Top quality hotel located in the middle of the town within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were extremely helpful letting me leave my bike and bags well before check in time. There is secure locked cycle storage. Amazing breakfast with huge choice. I only spent one night here but would have liked to stay longer."
