"I tried to do local/distance calls from my room but did not succeed. I called the front office about this, but the connection was not clear and the receptionist's voice broke up. She had to repeat sentences several times and verbally got insulting. I informed her later that she shouldn't treat hotel guests like this, and she did not apologize!"

"The location is an easy walk to the ‘walking center,’ of the city. Many shops, cafes, restaurants and interesting sights. The staff was wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable of things to see and stuff. The roof top terrace was a nice place to end the evening. With a rental car, the underground protected parking made for peace of mind - at a reasonable price."
