I was offered early entry on a fee, but feel if member of hotels .com or similar provision could be made for early entry. The block is an old communist era building that has been revamped in some apartments and other areas. My apartment was clean and if you were staying a few days has advantages of washing machine and kitchenette. It does need some TLC with floor...

"Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor). "

The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet.
