The apartment can accommodate max. 4 people.   Location of the apartment: The 45 m² non - smoking apartment is located on the ground floor of the house Pamir in the beach street 14B in the Baltic Sea Nienhagen. The house is next to the house Pamir Passat part of the holiday park Nienhagen, which was built in the style of the baltic typical spa architecture in a quiet yet central location in the year, 2015.   In just a few steps (400m) you reach the Baltic Sea beach with prior chair rentals and possible nudist area. The barrier-free beach outlet offers families with children, seniors and people with walking difficulties the opportunity to rise comfortably and without stairs to reach the beach. The Baltic Sea, which is since 1932 recognized seaside resort, in 2015 was awarded for the seventh time the blue flag for achievements in environmental work.   The Nienhagen, located between Warnemünde and Heiligendamm, offers peace, quiet and relaxation. The resort is surrounded by open fields and a 180-hectare mixed forest, which is also known as "Ghost Forest". Walk or bike to where it meets fairytale-like trees, some of which are up to 170 years old. The award-winning "European hiking and biking trail" also runs through the Haunted Woods and invites to extensive cycling excursions to Warnemunde or Kuehlungsborn one.   A "corner shop" is only 150 meters away from the apartment, where you can buy food, and a postal and Lottoservice find. Also an ATM Sparkasse is availability. Seen Culinary offers Nienhagen include several restaurants, a bakery, cafes and a smokehouse.   If no own bicycle is available, the local spa administration offers the rental of pedelecs. More suppliers for bicycle rental, you can find in the nearby Börgerende.   Apartment Description: The 2-bedroom apartment leaves little to be desired. The living area has a large and comfortable sofa bed incl. Armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs and a LED TV. DVD player and Stereoanlange also featured.   The apartment is equipped with a high quality fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery, 4-burner stove (ceramic) with oven and microwave.   In friendly bedroom you will find next to another LED TV a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) and a spacious wardrobe.   The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, large vanity, a wall mirror and a hair dryer.   An autumn and winter days are in all rooms underfloor heating for warmth and comfort. In the bathroom also an electric towel rail is installed. The apartment also has a living room ventilation on the furnished with a table, 2 rattan chairs and a beach chair terrace (northeast orientation) can be cozy sun and spend evenings.   The apartment is a free parking space directly outside the house entrance, as well as in the annexe a lockable storage room for bicycles, prams or the like for your time on vacation at leisure ready.   Small dogs are welcome (€ 6.00 / night and one-time € 12.00 pet cleaning).   Additional services: Travel cot and highchair are available for a fee.
