"It was our second stay and just as good as the first time. Professional, courteous Check-in and the same of all the Personal at the Hotel. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and simply good. This time our Room was to the inside (4th Floor) and very quiet. I am familiar with Düsseldorf and it is within walking distances to Transportation or Shopping, the Old Town and the Rhine. "We stayed for a week at the start of the Euros for both Scotland games. The hotel was perfectly placed and although right above the busiest fan area, well soundproofed when we did make it to our beds! Clean room, quite neat for size but all good. Wood recommend. We were made to feel very welcome by the hotel and the city of Köln "

"It is close to the train station and the busy Cathedral Cologne and there can be some sense of a lot of people - but once you step inside it's a fabulous retreat. Great service, we had a beautiful room. The breakfast is very expensive and just "okay" so go across the street to the Cafe Richard. Close to the "historical sections" and close to the water. Would stay here again for sure."
