"شقه عاديه خاليه من الثلاجه ومن التنظيف اليومي"

"Even though I scheduled my stay weeks in advance, when I arrived, what I had requested and pre-paid for was changed. Even though I was traveling alone, I was told that I was upgraded to a larger room. But this was a very dark basement room with an additional bunk bed. It was so cold and the heat took hours to reach a point when I cold remove my coat. There was not a comfortable chair in the room; just cheap plastic chairs. The stairs going down to the basement were crowded with stand-alone...

"We were disappointed at check-in to learn our room was not in the historic hotel building, which is beautiful, but in a new annex building up the street (which is non-descript.) Reception closes at 2pm, but check-in begins at 2pm. If you can't arrive at 1:55pm, you must follow the self-check-in instructions that are sent via email (in German.) We met and helped two other guests who were struggling to get into their rooms during our stay, just as we had. When we called the main number for Hotel...

"Sehr freundliches Personal und Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker....."

"Cozzy, well located friendly staff"

"Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt, die Zimmer sind sauber, aber klein. Harte Matratzen. Hellhörig. Letztere hat die Empfangsdame den Frühstücksgästen nur nebenbei mitgeteilt, da war es aber natürlich...

"The location is great! Rooms were extremely quiet (we were on the 3rd floor). Bed was the perfect firmness. The only inconveniences (which were minor) was that the shower drained extremely slow and due to a waterline break nearby, you couldnt brush your teeth using tap water. But the hotel provided drinking water for that. Overall a good stay!"
