"Clean, large quiet rooms, comfy bed and blackout curtains. No air-con, so a little too warm, even in October, street noise if you open the balcony door - think you can ask for a fan at Reception. Free coffee and water available from the bar area during the day and reasonable variety of drinks to purchase. 20 minute walk to Gasthaus Hansy for a great meal. Tram stop 2 outside takes you direct to city centre. Spar just few minutes walk away. Would stay again but not in the Summer."

"Beautiful hotel and great location, opposite Schönbrunn Palace. Easy to get to central Vienna by subway, which was very easy to navigate."

Everything about the hotel was top-notch—the property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and highly professional throughout my entire visit. From the cleanliness to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again...

"The hotel was ideal for a couple of days of romantic wandering. Ideally located. Room was gorgeous. Highly recommended."
