"Room was lovely, I had a single room which was small but perfect for what I needed. The location was great. Right next to the train station where the airport bus drops you and easy walk in to the Old Town. Breakfast was good too. Staff were great once you found them! That was the only negative. There was no one permanently on reception so I always had to go hunting for someone when I wanted them. I arrived late at night and the front doors had been closed. There was a note giving a mobile phone number to call to be allowed in. At that point I didn’t have a data plan to be able to do this so luckily a guest outside let me in. I then had to join the wifi to call to find the staff member to get my key. Hassle that I didn’t need late at night when I just wanted to sleep. Other than that it was great and I would stay again."

"We checked in and the property is beautiful and its a wonderful place however check in was a bit unsatisfactory, we were sold access to the Spa but when we went there we had no services available, and we were told the train station was 10 minutes away and they had a shuttle to get us there but upon check out we were told we need to reserve the shuttle ahead , we ended up at a bus stop for an hr in the middle of nowhere, not very accommodating after we just stayed at a very high end hotel. The restaurant was wonderful and we still enjoyed the stay, just a bit disappointed!!!"

"This was a fantastic stay! I arrived very early and they were extremely accommodating in storing my bags while I explored the city. My room was clean and spacious. The front desk was fantastic in offering suggestions on how to get around the city and even calling me a taxi for the next morning."

"We loved the hotel! We stayed as a family of four and everyone loved it. The staff was very friendly and kind the room was very clean way bigger than we expected. We arrived at midnight and they found us a way to get into the room. We woke up late and they still offered us food and helped us get breakfast. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again!"

"This is an excellent choice for visitors to Luxembourg. Rooms are spacious and the beds, super comfy. Very well appointed, smart bathrooms, it was a lovely room to come back to. Views from the bar on the 8th floor are great, so enjoy a drink and take in the view. Staff are incredibly helpful and with easy access to all the sights of the city, this is a great option for a luxury stay."

"This is the ultimate budget hotel when visiting Luxembourg. The staff couldn’t be nicer, explaining how to access the free tram to take us into town (a short walk away), the parking is free, and the bed is comfortable. What more can you ask for?"
