Possible communication issues: The woman who greeted us had a difficult time explaining where to park, and did not ask for payment. This was due to my low proficieny in German coupled with her ability to speak English. In addition, I expected her to ask for payment or let me know that they already took...

"Basic, but great accomodation! Everything was very clean and in nice condition. There are no staff to greet you and many stairs with no lift, but this was not an issue for us (I say it only to make it clear for people reading) There is also a kitchen downstairs to cook your own meals."

"Schrecklichste Nacht überhaupt! Obwohl ich erfolgreich gebucht hatte wurde mir erst bei der Ankunft um 23:30 auf eine unhöfliche Art und Weise gesagt, dass sie keine freien Zimmer mehr haben. Alternativ Lösung war ein Zimmer in einer anderen Wohnung. Mitten in der Nacht würde ich dann von zwei wimfremden Männer in einem Auto abgeholt und zur anderen Wohnung gebracht. Angekommen stellte ich mit Entsetzen fest, dass die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer in der ich die Nacht verbringen sollt, total...

"Simple B&B with comfortable beds. Shower and toilet in the corridor. Very nice hosts and a wonderful breakfast, that the hosts brought in to the room. Nice surrondings."

I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. Just tell people to use the small black keypad, and also use the same code to enter your room as...
