"For the price and location, it was worth it for a last minute getaway. The property was older but decently kept up. The pool was clean. The staff was wonderful. It was conveniently located to a lot of good night life hot spots. The only real negative thing that might keep me from staying again would be the beds were very uncomfortable with tiny thin pillows, so I didn’t sleep well at all. It’s obviously not the comfort of a condominium, but if you’re looking for a cheaper beach option, I would...

"Didn’t smell, clean room, pool is clean"

"We had a pretty good stay. I was a little upset that you have to drive a little ways to go to the beach and you can't really just walk over to it. The staff were all friendly, the pool never had towels and it almost felt like it was an issue asking for extra towels. I had an overall good stay and I would stay again."

"We loved our short stay at TheLodge30A. The only thing I wasn't impressed with is how early check out is(10am) and when we checked in the staff wasn't the friendliest. There was a person checking in beside us who was greeted very kindly and offered complimentary water bottles, but when we were checking in the other staff member was unfriendly and didn't offer us the same thing? Other than that it was a nice stay and I hope to be back again soon. "

"Hotel was good enough for a 1 night stay. Seemed very damp. Definitely wear socks or shoes. Floors were clean but left the bottom of your socks and feet black. Just an old style hotel that needs updated. Friendly staff. "
