Comfortable villa with sea view in a charming small family estate with caretaker.
A large swimming pool (22m x 12.5m), a swimming pool for toddlers (5m x 5m), a tennis court and a pétanque court are available to people residing in the area.
The place is 15 minutes from Nice airport, 5 minutes by car from the polygon shopping center, the sea and 1 km from the village.
It is the perfect place for a family vacation! :)
