At Kari is newly refurbished (2018) and is open, light and bright without clutter. The kitchen and dining area is spacious, has Scandinavian design and all appliances, there is a cozy lounging area in the kitchen.

The bedroom is lovely, with a king-size bed with luxury mattress, and it's own air-condition.

The living room is also spacious, and holds two super comfortable sofas. One can turn into a very comfortable sofa-bed. (140 cm).

The view is all about attractions, all types of restaurants, shops and transport. The beach is very close, less than 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of an old, typical Nice-building. There is an elevator to the 4th 1/2 floor, then just a few steps of stairs.

Even though this is a neighborhood with lots of fun going on (no nightclubs), the apartment is calm and quiet, even with windows open.

We enjoy getting fresh croissants from the baker on the ground of early morning, and really enjoy the neighborhood - it's the real Nice! You will love to stay here!
