STUDIO RIVIERA is a charming studio located in a building with a double entrance on the Promenade des Anglais and Rue de France.
With its south-facing balcony and pleasant sea view, you'll enjoy a soothing, comfortable stay.
You'll love the view across a leafy courtyard to the sumptuous Hôtel Le Negresco and the Palais Masséna. As for its refined decor, it will make you feel at home in no time.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor with lift.

Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

What a fantastic Location

The location is top notch, you can't get better than this. For a small group this place is ideal, it has everything you need and its a very clean property. Also communicating with the property manager was very easy and they were very responsive. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Nice.

Ik was al bekend met de locatie. Dus voor mij een soort van thuiskomen. Studio is mooi licht en schoon. Locatie perfect. Er was een probleem met de wasmachine. Dat duurde langer dan verwacht. Maar is uiteindelijk wel opgelost.
