Great property! Very close to all the beaches and easy walking distance to old nice and Place Messina. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Rooms were very well air conditioned, clean and spacious. Staff was great and helpful.

Well it’s not 4 star hotel for sure . It’s barely 3 stars . Super small rooms and poor ac . I woke up sweating our first night there . For that price I think its have to be better options . Location was good and was clean . Stuff is friendly

Good quiet location in The Musicians area. Grocery next door was very handy. Easy walking distance from Tram 2 station which connects to the Nice airport. Walkable distance to Gare Thiers trains to nearby towns for day trips. Easy walking distance to everything in Old Town and the Mediterranean Sea. A bright, modern hotel, my room had 2 big windows with a lovely balcony, closet and storage area, fridge and safe. Air conditioning worked well except the compressor leaked onto the carpet, maintenance fix did not correct problem, I dealt with it by laying towels on the area. Weather was extremely hot so a/c worked hard to keep up.

On the plus side, I arrived well before check in time and was told that my room was ready for me. The location is really excellent being very central and easy to walk to most places. The breakfast buffet was good and the roof top terrace was very pleasant for an evening drink and get together. However, although this is a four star hotel it is more like a Premier Inn. Standard rooms very basic. Tea and coffee sachets were provided but no milk. When I asked for some milk for my tea I was told that Standard rooms have basic amenities, which do not include milk, so if you want milk bring your own sachets or small uht. It would have been useful to have a small notepad and pen or pencil but none provided. These things are usually standard in any hotel. All in all my stay in Nice was a good experience.

Great location for anywhere you'd want to visit in the area. Tram stop very close to hotel, station a short walk for trip to Monaco or anywhere else. And then just a short walk to the beach. Also close to lots of little boutiques, cafes, etc. I'd definitely stay again

The hotel was in an excellent location for restaurants etc and close to the sea. The staff we encountered 1 was exceptional the other two poor. The bed was as hard as a rock and we received little sleep due to discomfort.

The location is a good reason to stay here. In 5 minutes I was at the centre where many restaurants are located, so had a good number of food places to choose from. The Promenade and beach area is also short walking distance. The Masséna square is nearby and you can continue walking to the Old Town, to the Cours Saleya marketplace and also to where Castle Hill is. It was a very convenient spot to stay without paying the higher prices you would if staying right by the beach area. The hotel itself was comfortable, good enough space, not crammed like some places can be. Good shower pressure.
