Located on the French Riviera in Nice, near the Promenade des Anglais, the MASSENET VIEW is a 40 square metre apartment that can accommodate 2/3 people. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, in a quiet area with a sunny balcony and a side sea view.

It consists of a fitted kitchen, a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person (120 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You can cross the city from east to west with the tram. The Nice city train station is only a 15-minute walk away, as is the old town. A bus line is located on the Promenade des Anglais. Enjoy the beaches and restaurants which are a 5-minute walk away.

Nice Place for two

There is no question, that the location of the appartment is first class. It's located in a quiet side street of Promenade des Anglais about 70m from the beach. In the opposite direction, you are in the middle of the pedestrian area with a multitude of restaurants, shops, fashionable boutiques. The appartment's balcony is best suited for having breakfast. On the other hand, the appartment's furniture is less than average, the sliding doors of the wardrobe are almost not moving, the bed covering is heavy but not warming. The kitchen is suited for preparing breakfast but not much else. Fortunately, bathroom and seperate WC are in order. The question is, wether you are an indoor or utdoor person. Indoor: questionable, outdoor: Thats it!
