Location was amazing!! The apartment looks exactly as it does in pictures. One thing to callout is vehicles are not allowed to drive down to the square so you’ll have to carry luggage down a few blocks but if you get dropped off by the Librairie/Jean Jacques it’s an easy 2 block walk. The stairs at the building could be challenging to some with larger bags but overall amazing stay. Val was great and responded to any questions we had immediately.

First time to Nice

My daughter and I came to Nice for her senior spring break, it was our first time to Europe. We were very happy with the location of this apartment, close to everything. It was beautiful, exactly as shown in photos! It was a short walk to the tram and bus stations, and we walked the little streets of Old Town Nice every night. Close to the market, so many delicious restaurants and bars… we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Lovely apartment

This was a great place to stay in Nice, very central to everything, clean and comfortable. Anything you need is within walking distance. It was a pleasure watching the scene in the square below after a day out in the city and when you close the balcony doors to sleep there is no noise at all. Would stay here again.

Easy, central place in Nice

Spacious updated second floor apartment in an old building on Place Rossetti. Central to most everything and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Val is very easy to deal with and responsive. The terrace and second bathroom are a plus.

Great home and location! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a short trip to Nice for the Jazz Festival! This location was convenient to maximize our time in Nice. Short walks or tram rides to all the experiences we wanted to take in. The home was Uber clean and we appreciated being able to do a load of laundry. Nice is a lovely and lively city!

Another amazing stay at Magic Cathedral

My husban and I have traveled to the south of France several times We found this great place last summer and just returned from another stay! The host is wonderful to work with. The apartment is safe, clean, close to the beach and a great base for a Nice trip! We will definitely return again!!

Great stay!

We loved the location, and the apartment! It was clean and the balcony lovely. Heads up if you’re noise sensitive Saturday night is long and loud, and the bed is hard. It was a trade off for the awesome atmosphere and great walk ability!

Great little apartment

This apartment is great. My spouse and I and our two kids were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location; easily walkable to anywhere in old town or the port and close to the beach. Val was very helpful as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall good stay, ac was sufficient. Unit was roomy with comfortable living room couches and smart TV. Kitchen rather small but efficient. Location and view of Central Square was great especially with balcony

Beautiful and cozy

Great location in the heart of old Town. Tons of shops, restaurants, markets and short walk to the beach. etc. Our balcony overlooked the Piazza rosetti and the church. Charming place to be. Recommend it to anybody wanting to experience Old Town charm!

Great location!

Great location in the heart of Old Nice. Your balcony is overlooking the church square. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. The check in process was easy with Val. The unit was clean and well decorated. Would recommend to anyone staying in Nice. AC worked great. Although there is no parking, there are large subterranean public garages a couple minutes walk from the unit

Even better than pictured!

We couldn't have been happier with this apartment for our stay in Nice! It had everything we needed and then some! The location can't be beat! It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do, and the view is just spectacular! It was spacious and modern, and we loved all the natural light from the windows. Everything was comfy, and it was so nice that our daughter had her own bathroom. I am big on ironing, and the iron was top notch! We didn't have any issues, and Val was great at communicating. Maybe it's because it was cold outside, but we didn't have any noise issues from outside. We loved our stay there, and we would definitely highly recommend!!

Valery’s place is in a great location and she was very quick to respond to our requests. Her apartment was very relaxing and calm. The one downside was that there was were not as many proper beds as advertised, thought the large comfortable couches worked just fine. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Wonderful Nicois Holiday!

The apartment was clean, newly refurbished, and contemporary. It was perfect for our family of four. The two bathrooms were new and modern. The large balcony, accessed through either of 2 separate french doors in the living room, was a great perch to take in the energy of the old city while enjoying a chilled rose. The apartment manager was always and immediately available and he offered great insights into restaurants and bakeries, etc. It was a great week, and so tough to leave!

Great stay!

The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.

Excellent stay in old Nice

This was the most fantastic stay of our holiday in France, mostly because of the well-equipped apartment and it's terrific location.The apartment itself was one of the largest we stayed in. The main bed sleeps strictly 2, but the living room sofas each can accommodate a 5'9 adult and they were comfortable to sleep in. Plenty of spare linen. Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of to cook for our family. The double-glazed windows kept the noise out for the major part of our stay, but on an especially noisy night, I did get woken up.About the location. Downstairs from the apartment puts 100s of restaurants, nifty mini-marts, souvenir stores, pharmacies, ATMs within easy reach. The tram and bus stops are a 4-5 min walk away, and they connect you to the train station as well as other places in the Cote d'azur. Bigger shopping stores on the jean-medecin avenue are also similarly placed. And then, you could easily reach the wonderful Cours-Saleya market for fresh produce, flea markets, the promenade, or reach the castle hill. Even our 6 year old looked forward to the daily walks to all these places since everything was so conveniently located. Although there is no parking in old town Nice, or a way for cabs to get you our luggage closer to the apartment, the Rue Centrale is an easy sloping stroll with luggage.Finally, Val was responsive over vrbo, with clear instructions on check-in. Merci Val !

Magic Cathedrale

This property is in a great location -- in the heart of Old Town Nice. There is so much activity in the square that this apartment overlooks, from restaurants to ice cream parlors to pubs to coffee shops. The activity may not be for everyone (we stayed in the heart of tourist season, so it may be quieter during other months) but we really enjoyed the energy. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 adult sons. The pull-out couches in the living room were comfortable for them to sleep. The apartment is modern and well furnished. Val was a great host, answering a lot of questions and giving us guidance on things to do during our stay.
