This lovely modern retreat is your perfect base to explore all the famous attractions of Nice. 

Located close to the iconic Massena Square, the second-floor apartment comes with a sunny balcony that offers outdoor seating and a charming view of the beautiful Place Magenta.

Inside, this one-bedroom holiday apartment is well-equipped and features air-conditioning, a contemporary-style living room and a diner that comfortably seats 4. The holiday apartment is ideally located to explore Nice on foot. It has almost every major tourist attraction, including Place Massena with the famous Sun Fountain, Musée du Palais Lascaris, Promenade des Anglais and Jardin Albert I, at just 5-7 minutes walk. 

Many boutiques, restaurants, cafes and lounges are also sprinkled all over the neighbourhood. Moreover, Rue Alphonse Karr is just a stone’s throw away from here for those who’d like a more exclusive and classy experience.

Art lovers will find the Marc Chagall and the Henri Matisse Museum at a convenient 10-15 minutes drive or a pleasant 25-minute walk away. 

Day trips to the other pearls of the French Riviera include Monaco, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and Antibes. All of them are 30-45 minutes drive from here and can also be easily reached via public transport. The holiday apartment is well-connected to reach Nice Airport via tram within 30-35 minutes.

Clean apartment in vibrant area

Really lovely apartment with great facilities. The lift is an added bonus, especially in this part of Nice. The long windows and canopy were great at this time of year to keep the rooms cool. The balcony is very small. We had to bring the table into the apartment to use the chairs. Also be aware that this is a very busy area, the ground floor on all sides are restaurants/cafes which were open to modnight or 1am. We loved feeling part of the bustle, so was no issue for us but others might struggle with the late nights, then bins being emptied at 8am!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und wir konnten sogar früher als vereinbart einziehen. Die Lage für einen Stadtaufenthalt ist top. Wir haben 3 Wochen Nizza sehr genossen.
