Terrace of Carras is a brand new 2 beds flat located on previous top floor with lift in at only 100m from the beach. The flat offers a living room with an open kitchen, a large terrace with dining area and outdoor amenities. The two bedrooms offer air conditioning and electric shutters. It offers a large shower room room with washing machine. All shops and restaurants are down the building. Carras is a very attractive area with plenty of amenities, the beach with water sports and the tramway station. From there you will be in the old town Cours Saleya in less than 15 minutes. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice

La terrasse de Carras

Our stay there was very nice. The Appartment has everything you need. It could be maybe a bit cleaner and the one or other renovation has to done. The bathroom is realy great! All in all, it was perfekt for us and we enjoyed our stay.
