Fully equipped with comfort, with air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine/dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs and a fridge-freezer.

Composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm double bed, the other with 2 single 90cm beds that can be converted into a double bed if needed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a separate toilet.

Close to all amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants and pubs, public parking nearby as well as public transport/tram 100m away. The motorway and the airport are also close to the apartment.

Equipped with an 8m2 south-facing terrace, ideal for your breakfasts in the company of the first rays of sunshine that the Côte d\'Azur offers us daily. Another 7m² balcony connects the 2 bedrooms.

Fantastic

The apartment on Rue de France on the 6th floor (with elevator) is wonderful. The view of the sea from the balcony is fantastic. The layout of the apartment is spacious, the furnishings are stylish and the location couldn't be better. A two-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, all shops for daily needs are within walking distance and the stop for tram line 2 (from the airport to the city) is only 200 m away. The email contact with Riviera Holiday Homes was very professional and service-oriented and the key handover was uncomplicated. At the airport an envelope was left at the service point and so we were able to go straight to the apartment. A welcome gift in the form of a bottle of rose and crackers greeted us. Many thanks to the team at Riviera Holiday Homes. We can fully recommend this apartment.
