Located on the 2nd and top floor without a lift, this holiday rental consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a living room with a double sofa bed. On the sleeping side, the apartment has a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together as needed into a large bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine.

This is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday near the sea! You will find everything on site: restaurants, supermarket, butcher, bakery, etc. The tram is not far from the apartment and the bus line runs along the boulevard.
