Enjoy a getaway in Nice, mythical city and pearl of the French Riviera, which hosts the world-famous Carnival every year. This charming apartment combining old world charm and modernity, is located in a beautiful Art Deco building in the famous Gambetta district, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach and the city center. You will enjoy a cosy, modern and refined atmosphere.

Bright and south-east facing, this 40m² air-conditioned apartment, fully renovated in June 2021, can accommodate up to 4 travelers and is composed as follows:
Day space:
- Air-conditioned living room, on old parquet floor, with sofa bed, TV, integrated Bluetooth speaker, coffee table, dining area
- Kitchen open to the living room, perfectly equipped: combined microwave oven, hotplates, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press, washing machine...

Night space:
- Separate air-conditioned room with double bed. Dressing room with closet and storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, basin, WC

Stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, stroll along the Cours Saleya, observe and discover its most amazing listed monuments such as the Saint-Nicolas cathedral or the Matisse museum!
