We spent 3 nights at Hotel Parisien which was a great central spot in Nice. The staff was super friendly, the room was nice and the AC worked well. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the size of the shower and all the stairs and no elevator. Recommend for a hotel to be central and sleep in!

This is a little gem! We loved our stay & will hopefully return. The location is excellent, near the tram & also the railway station. The property is loved & extremely well looked after. It has a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere.

Hôtel was great, it provided everything we needed for a good price. Air conditioning worked incredibly well and was a blessing when we got back to our room after being out in 32+ degree heat. Staff at reception were always helpful answering questions we had and they kindly kept our bags at reception on our final day whilst we went out for the day after checking out. The hotel is approx 5 min walk to the main train station in Nice and approx 20 min walk to Jean Medicine Tram station. Nearest Tram stop is approx 3 min walk away. Shops and restaurants all close by in walking distance so I would personally say this was a good location to stay in.

Nice staff, good location near the station. Place looks a little tired but was clean. No shampoo or conditioner (although there was body lotion) and as expected for France there was no kettle or anywhere to get hot water.

On the map, the hotel looks practically within a few steps from the train station. In reality, you need to walk through a pedestrian tunnel under the railway tracks, which essentially doubles both the walking distance and the time. It is not an issue once you know the route, but worth bearing in mind when carrying heavy luggage. Aside from that, the hotel was wonderful. It is tastefully designed with a well-thought-out jazz theme, complete with striking photos of iconic jazz musicians adorning the walls. The property is spotless, well maintained, and quiet. Our room had plenty of storage space for our belongings and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the en-suite bathroom, which was quite cramped. The layout is extremely tight, the clearance between the toilet and the washbasin is minimal, and the shower enclosure leaves very little room to turn around comfortably. Overall, it is an ideal hub if you are travelling around the Côte d'Azur. Using the nearby station to hop on trains and explore the surrounding coastal towns makes logistics very straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

My room was very clean and a good size. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping me throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location and on a safe street. I was expecting a kettle in my room as per the photos, but unfortunately they only provide these when guests stay more than 4 nights. The walls also weren’t very soundproof but it didn’t bother me too much.

We had a pretty nice stay in Nice! The location was convenient, close to the train and trams, though a bit away from the main attractions, which was fair for the price. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and hands-on, they helped us with recommendations, maps, and were just overall kind. We booked a superior double, and the room size was good, though the bathroom was still a bit cramped, especially when trying to shower and open/close the door. We had a small balcony, which was a nice touch, but we couldn’t figure out how to keep it closed after opening it, not sure if it was us or the door. We didn’t report it since we only stayed two nights. The AC worked well, and overall, it was great value for the price. If you have large luggage and you’re not on the first floor, the stairs might be a bit of a hassle, but thankfully we were only one flight up. In the end, it was just what we needed, and the staff made it better!

Lovely hotel in Nice

Lovely hotel, staff are very friendly. Close to restaurants and stores. The beach is a longer walk then expected over 20 minutes. However i didnt mind the walk.
