HOUSE LES LAVANDIERES

  • Located in the historical center, this sunny apartment enjoys an exceptional exhibition. From the terrace you can admire the harbor and surrounding gardens. In the neighboring streets, there are all kinds of shops and restaurants. The station 5 minutes walk allows us to reach 4mn in Nice, Monaco in 15 minutes, Cannes in 25 minutes. The beach 5 minutes walk offers crystal clear waters. The museums open their doors. The coastal paths offer rides feet in the water !!! All water sports are within your reach. The city has an extremely rich history and diverse cultural proposals, regattas, gathering of prestigious sailing ships, fireworks, outdoor cinema ....
    The apartment has 2 bedrooms. the first with a 140x190 bed, the second with 2 beds 90x190, 1 mezzanine. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. A walk-in shower facilities are in the bathroom and a washing machine. There is a television in the living room wide open over the bay. On the terrace table and chairs allow you to dine outside.

    Gay friendly.
    You do not need a car to get around, trains and buses serve the city well and can take you anywhere in the department. The city offers rental electric cars.

We loved this place! The view is fabulous and the neighborhood is convenient for lots of restaurants, shopping and access to train and bus to travel to other parts of Nice.The apartment is well stocked and very comfortable. There are a lot of steps to access the home so a consideration for how much luggage you bring:-) We will definitely stay here again in next trip to Villefranche.

Marie-Joëlle was very accommodating and understanding when we were late. Communication was quick and easy, the property was clean, cozy and in a perfect location for getting around old town. Not for people who don’t like stairs. Excellent value for the money, I would stay there again!

We were a family of three adults. The flat was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The location was excellent. Close to many delicious places to eat and the beach. Communication with the host was excellent. The view was lovely. We definitely would stay here again. I would just be aware there are many steps up and down in all of Villefranche. MANY.

This apartment is phenomenal, the charm of the decor matches the amazing charm of the streets of the great small town. Teh hosts live nearby and were there to greet us and give us tips on the apartment and the town. I would highly recommend staying.

Sehr schöne Wohnung perfekte Lage in der Altstadt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet wunderbarer Balkon mit Blick auf Cap Ferrat. Wie beschrieben nah zum Strand Hafen und zu Bahn (man hört sie nicht da im Tunnel) und Bus.Freundliche und engagierte Gastgeber.

A charming French apartment, well equipped, with a balcony overlooking the bay, which is a lovely place to enjoy meals and a glass of wine or two. It is a climb up many steps in the Old Town to reach the apartment but well worth the effort.The hosts were very helpful with directions to find the property, and quick to respond by text when I had a query.The only negative was the double bed which is.not very big, particularly for a couple on warm nights.

Wonderful property with amazing view

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and balcony view was amazing. Apartment itself was very cozy and was stocked with everything you would need.

Great Place!

This place was awesome and the area around was just gorgeous. Can't beat this area for a vacation. Had a great stay with my wife and the host was very easy to contact.

Gem in Villefranche-sur-mer

Amazing property with a fantastic view. Beautifully decorated with great amenities. The location is perfect - close to the main streets and restaurants, plus a short walk to the beach. We will be staying again!

Spectacular View

Loved the location of this rental! Close to the water, dining, and market. The view was spectacular overlooking the water and yachts. Friendly people and easy access to train and buses.

My Husband & I enjoyed our stay. The flat is located in a great location, the view from the balcony is stunning. The flat is well equipped and Marie Joelle’s directions were very detailed. Her son met us at the flat and was very helpful in sharing essential information. Overall just a lovely stay.

Family Vacation

Wonderful flat for our family of 4. Great location in the heart of the old town with a beautiful view of Villefranche bay. Our host was very attentive to any questions or requests.

Excellent property!

We had absolutely the best time staying at this lovely apartment. It has everyone one would ever need for a 'home away from home' and a gorgeous view of the bay. Very centrally located, on a quiet street with plenty of privacy from the surrounding neighbours. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Gem of a place along the coast

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. We were greeted upon arriving via train by our host, and she showed us the way up to our charming flat. Our week was nothing short of amazing and we will absolutely be back to visit soon!

Lovely stay, Excellent location

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy and offers an amazing view. We felt like locals during our stay and the host made us feel welcomed and checked in throughout our stay. The area is safe and very quiet and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train and bus.

This place is a hidden gem! We travelled with two children, aged 8 and 11, and it was perfect. The location is incredible and the view from the balcony is SO amazing. It’s right in the old town but also quiet and private, and in walking distance from the beach. I hope we get to experience this magic again as a family one day! 11/10!

Beautiful home...in stunning villefrance. Property was equipped with everything we needed. But the real bonus was the stunning view from the balcony......

Charming Villa in Old Town Villefranche

We loved our stay here… the small terrace with a beautiful view was a highlight for us. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. A steep entry stairway to access the unit… We would highly recommend the flat …

We had a wonderful stay. The charming and very helpful hosts allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was much appreciated, and both arrival and departure were very smooth. We were told everything that we needed to know and then left to enjoy this fantastic apartment. The photos do not do the view justice - the view from the balcony is huge, and beautiful. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped/generously stocked. It is extraordinarily well located within Villefranche-sur-Mer, being handy for the station, old town, beach and shops. We would love to stay again.
