It is very quiet and you are in the middle of nature while being not far from the sea and close to Nice or Monaco or Antibes. The house is located 6 km from the beach of Saint-Laurent du Var. This beach is very pleasant and little known and so even in July and August there are not too many people and you can easily park your car there.
