In Nice (Fabron), 5-10 min drive from the city center and 5 min walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, we offer you a bright apartment of 61 sqm with 2 terraces, fully renovated in May 2021, with an exceptional sea view on the famous baie des Anges. It is located in a magnificent residence with a large swimming pool (included in the rent), its restaurant pool house, its solarium (even during COVID-19). Tennis court. Private parking spaces are very easily accessible in the residence.

The apartment was refurbished in May 2021 and has a terrace with an exceptional panoramic view of Nice and the Bay of Angels. It is located in the Fabron district.

It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a 58-inch flat screen TV with TNT bouquet. It is decorated with care and offers all the modern comfort.

It consists of a living room with a dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The bedding is new and hypoallergenic.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The line 2 of the tramway is reachable by foot. So you can easily get from the airport to the city center in 15 minutes.

The residence's collective parking lot, which offers more than 70 spaces, is available if you arrive with several vehicles or with an oversized vehicle.
The cost of parking is included in the rental price.

The residence has two swimming-pools, a tennis court, two tables of ping-pong included in the rental price and a restaurant pool house.
