Je suis arrivée avec une copine pour le week-end... Nous sommes partie au bout d’une heure pour loger ailleurs. Des gens écoutaient a notre porte de chambre, pas de télé et dehors il pleuvait donc rien à faire. Et le parking nous a coûté une blinde en 1h. Il y a bien mieux pour presque pas plus cher.

Väldigt bra boende! Rent och helt klart unikt, men det gillade vi verkligen. Ägarna var otroligt snälla och hjälpsamma, när vi bokat rummet runt 22 och ville komma samma kväll var det inga problem alls. Det var nära till centrum och vi fick gå 20 minuter till stranden men det är inga problem för oss. Ett toppen ställe!

Mettre un X sur ce BB, lamentable et impropre!

Nous sommes arrivés sur les lieux, ça prenait un code d'entrée que je n'ai jamais reçu. Par chance il y avait une passante qui a bien voulu contacter la propriétaire pour avoir cette information. Nous n'avons jamais vu la propriétaire, nous avons dû demandé à un autre locataire pour l'appeler car nous ne savions pas ou était la clé de la chambre. L'air climatisé fonctionnait mal, mais après vérification, elle était complétement bouché par la poussière accumulée. Nous l'avons nettoyé pour pouvoir en bénéficier. Nous avons trouvé une coquerelle dans la salle de bain. La décoration des chambres étaient lamentables et l'ameublement laisse à désirer. Ça ne valait pas le prix, au grand jamais! Je ne recommande pas ce BB.

übernachten wie bei freunden

es handelt sich hier weniger um ein klassisches hotel mit rezeption und ähnliches als eher um ein zimmer in einer wohnung, das man sich mietet. am komfort ist aber nichts auszusetzen. da es also keinen empfang gibt bekommt man mehrere zugangsschlüssel als pincodes per sms mitgeteilt. die lage ist etwa 5 minuten vom bhf, zum strand sind es etwa 20 min auf einer großen strasse mit vielen essens- und einkaufsmöglichkeiten. das zimmer war sauber und geräumig. wir hatten den blick auf die gleise, wird wohl stadtblick sein, aber die fenster isolieren super, man hört also kaum was von den vorbeifahrenden zügen. eine klimaanlage ist im zimmer ebenfalls vorhanden. die dusche, das bad und die toilette sind in jeweils einzelnen räumen im flur untergebracht und waren ebenfalls sauber. die wohnung hat eine küche, die zum kochen und essen benutzt werden kann. ein kühlschrank ist dort auch vorhanden. im ganzen also sehr zufriedenstellend und ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der in einem gehobenerem hostel wohnen möchte.

Inte hotellet, men..,.

Inte som ett hotell utan en vanlig lägenhet där alla rummen hyrs ut. Träffade aldrig Brigitte utan fick sms med alla koder. Det fungerade dock utmärkt om man som vi bara ville övernatta. Mycket personligt och fluffigt inrett, men rent och tillgång till dusch, toa och kök. Vi hade japansk barnfamilj och en ung stillsam fransyska i lägenheten. Kan kanske funka mindre bra om man bor med partygäng. Bara cirka 10 meter till motorvägen och tågspåret, vilket gjorde mig orolig för nattsömnen men glasdörren var bra isolerad. Varning dock för 4 trappor utan hiss. Charmigt och ok men pris i överkant.

Camera affacciata su autostrada e stazione

Ingresso fatiscente, nessuna accoglienza, camera affacciata su autostrada (poco distante dalla finestra) e stazione ferroviaria (ovviamente non citato sul prospetto che visualizza la parte interna); DOCCIA,BAGNO E SERVIZI IGIENICI IN COMUNE CON ALTRE TRE CAMERE, per fare doccia abbiamo dovuto attendere che altri finissero, lascio immaginare il wc. Pavimento colloso-------- che altro dire!!! Altri atleti in albergo tre stelle a 500 m dal mare, con tutti i comfort e bagno in camera € 80 contro le 60 richieste dal nostro alloggiatore.

Far away and unwelcoming

I wish I had researched this "hotel" a little more before I stayed there. First off, this is not a hotel. It is a room in a woman's old apartment off the side of the highway. There were three rooms total that were rented out and only one bathroom and no breakfast included. The bathroom had all of the owner's old things in it; it was extremely messy and uncomfortable. The soap was several old pieces of different soap bars, really just gross. The location is awful. We initially traveled to Nice to go to the beach and hang out on the coast. This apartment is about a 30 minute walk from the coast. It is off the side of the highway and in a dirty neighborhood that did not feel safe for two young girls. It is, however, walking distance to the train station if that is important for your stay. When we arrived at this apartment, we were not informed of the two different codes that we needed to get into the building. If not for an old man letting us in, there would have been absolutely no way we could have gotten into the building. There was no sign saying where to go and we had to wander all through the building to figure out what room it was. Don't forget- we also had our 25 pound backpacks on our backs this whole time. As for the price of this "hotel", it was the same price as all of the other places we had stayed and far less satisfactory than any of them.

Nice room in an apartment

We lived the place ! Brigitte called us to give us the codes. We did not meet her she was very friendly and helpful. Her place is great. You can enjoy the whole apartment with two bathrooms and a very nice kitchen. We had breakfast in her kitchen as we would have had it at home. Our bedroom was on the train station side but the window is noise proof and we could not hear the trains passing across the street. Very nice place. Highly recommended.
