COVID 19 :

THE APARTMENT IS ENTIRELY DESINFECTED AND READY TO WELCOME YOU SAFELY according to the new covid-19 standards :

Before your arrival:

- the accommodation is entirely disinfected with powerful products bought and used for this purpose (bactericides and Virucides as you can see on our pictures) to bring you maximum security and allow you to be in complete serenity with us.
- All supports have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, vacuum cleaners, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, bins...)
- Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
- All linen and textiles are completely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the apartment: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats...
- We llet a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole apartment.
- Check in and handing over of the keys will be done by compulsorily respecting the barrier gestures:
hand washing, wearing a mask is compulsory, minimum distance of 1 meter between us, plexi glass Transparent Glass to communicate serenely.
- For your serenity: we will offer you a tube of hydo-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.

At your departure :

Leave serenely without contact since you can leave the sets of keys in the apartment or in the mailbox directly.
(we will simply ask you to let all the windows open when you leave for ventilation and to slam the door of the apartment behind you).

You will do everything by walk, Saleya market in the morning, beach only 100 meters, tramway at 50 meters.
This charming apartment for 6 guest overlooking the square, its fountain and its cathedral will allow you to spend a holiday out of time and your daily life.

Composed of a large living area with American kitchen and: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2wc and a sofa bed in the living room.
Fully equipped, your stay in Nice will be an enchantment by the charm of the apartment, the beauty of Nice and its beautiful Old town.

A luggage store is available in old town to allow you not to burden yourselves and to take advantage of your whole stay.
