It is located within a secure luxury residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large wooded park. This seasonal rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels.

It is located on the 1st floor with a lift. The apartment has a large 25 m2 circular terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera.

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV.

2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 2 90cm beds. 1 shower room with toilet and a separate 1 toilet with a hand basin.

It also has a parking space.

NB: access to the swimming pool and tennis courts is extra.
Rate of €50/week per person for access to the swimming pool and clubhouse
Please send us your ID photos in advance for preparation of the pool cards before arrival.
