I stayed there with my two sons. They loved the location. Only problem was travelling to the city center on daily basis.
Apart from that the property was in fantastic location, beach was nearby, there were plenty restaurants around. The apartment was clean, in general we enjoyed our stay.
A spacious property in a great location with beautiful sea and harbour views. No air con in the bedroom so hot when asleep or open the door and get bitten by the bugs. Stayed 16 nights but bedding and towels not changed. Was a washing machine so I did them myself but do you want to do washing on your holidays? Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Von Check-In bis Check-out war alles prima. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und man braucht kein Auto für einen schönen Strandurlaub. Danke an die Gastgeber.
L'appartement est bien situé avec le balcon qui donne une vue magnifique sur la marina.
Concernant l'intérieur, prises électriques se détachant des murs, surtout celle du balcon qui est complètement détachée et enroulée dans du scotch.
Plafond fissuré et très dommage qu'il n'y a pas la clim dans la chambre.
Pas de fer à repasser et l'evacuation de douche bouchée, j'ai donc dû acheter le produit de débouchage sur conseil de M.Berthier pour résoudre le problème.
L'appartement doit être rafraîchi et décoré de façon plus moderne.
Ce qui manque vraiment c'est une box de parking c'est très dommage au vu du standing de la résidence.
J'ai heureusement pu louer le box236 a l'agence immobilière marina croisette pour 78€ les 12 nuits pour garer ma voiture en sécurité vu que ma voiture est neuve.
Sinon mis à part cela, le séjours a été très agréable en grande partie grâce à l'emplacement qui comporte toutes les commodités à porter de main.
Es waren schöne Tage. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr nett und reibungslos. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und ist gut gelegen. In der Wohnung war alles drin was man als Familie benötigt.

Idéalement placé,proche du grand centre commercial cap 3000 et des restaurants. Malgré l'absence de place de parking individuel,cela reste facile de se garer aux alentours fin juin.

très beau séjour
emplacement excellent proche de la mer, terrasse sur mer très appreciable; quelques couacs matériels mais très bon retour du gérant, prévoir disque bleu pour dépannage du stationnement
Die Übergabe des Schlüssels bei der Ankunft, die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit Valerie und Remi hat sehr gut funftioniert. Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war, wurde schnelle Hilfe organisiert.
Die Ausstattung und der Zuschnitt der Ferienwohnung war für uns zwei Personen perfekt!
Direkt in der Nähe ein Zeitungsladen wo man deutsche Zeitungen bekam und noch etwas näher ein kleiner Supermarkt mit einer tollen, täglich frischen Brotauswahl und einem sehr guten Weinsortiment.
Das Beste ist natürlich der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Hafen und das Meer und die Nähe zu dem Badestrand.
Das einzige negative war der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz. Es gibt zwar in der Av. Jean Marchand viele kostenlose Parkplätze, die sind leider in der Hauptsasion alle durchgehend besetzt. Bei den blaumarkierten Parkplätze gibt es einige freie, man muss dann aber von 9 bis 17 Uhr alle 2 Stunden die Parkscheibe neu einstellen. Nachdem wir einen weißen Parkplatz am 3. Tag gefunden hatten, haben wir unser Auto bis zum letzten Tag nicht mehr bewegt.
Aber alles in allem eine supertolle Ferienwohnung, die wir sofort wieder buchen würden!!!

Superbe vue
Appartement confortable avec une superbe vue sur le port.
Climatisation appréciable.
Location bien située pour pouvoir visiter la Côte d'Azur. Petit point négatif : la remise des clés avec la conciergerie est à améliorer.
Propriétaire sympathique
L'emplacement dans la résidence est parfait, juste au milieu du port de plaisance .
La vue est très belle : espaces verts , port et mer et l'exposition très agréable avec le soleil uniquement le matin.
L'appartement est bien équipé, convivial et propre . Bonne litterie.
Belle terrasse .
