On the second floor in a residence with swimming pool, this pretty air-conditioned apartment is composed of an independent equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven), a beautiful living-dining room with a sofa bed for one person. A first bedroom with two single beds in 90 cm bed. A second bedroom with a double bed in 140 cm bed. Each room with pool view has access to the 20m² terrace with a southern exposure. A bathroom and separate toilet. Finally, a private covered parking in the basement is included in the rental. End of stay cleaning included. Household linen is not provided.
