"Have to rank as just okay given the as advertised elements were met and we did enjoy the proximity to the sites. However, it is part of a row of houses that are abandoned and in disrepair making it very unappealing from the exterior (no offense intended for permanent residents on the block). There is no light alongside the house leading to the back to the uneven wood steps at the entrance. We had daily feral cats visiting our porch. "Everything was very good"

"The host was very responsive! The accommodation’s were as spelled out! Clean and well maintained Very nice place! The area while close to Niagara Falls and was very easy to get to! The location itself, can appear to be in a possible less than favorable area! We however had zero issues!"

"My mom and I greatly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. Had everything we needed and in close proximity to Niagara Falls State Park. James was a wonderful host and very responsive during our visit. Checking in when we first arrived and consistently through out our stay. He also came to the rescue when we needed him! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable affordable place to stay for Niagara falls getaway!!"

"Clean house, clean linens and towels were provided. Body Wash, dish soap, hand soap, k-cups, paper towels, shampoo, and toilet paper were provided and plentiful. The central air was fabulous. It is an older house and does need a little work but it's a nice place to stay and is close to the places we visited. We didn't have any issues finding the house and the neighbors were quiet. Locals do tend to walk in the street rather than on the sidewalks. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!"
