He need to fix this hotel is a really bad Hotel everything sailing is from water and bathroom is broke down and everything it's red carpet is very bad Motel we need a lot of things to fix
It was so dirty and smelled so bad! We found pubic hair in the bed! The blankets were dirty. The windows were broke and it looked as if the door to the room had been kicked open at one point!
Our check in was fast and easy. We didn’t arrive until right around midnight due to an event we attended and that was no issue. It’s a fairly old mom and pop type place. It needs to be updated and it would be much nicer. The drop ceilings freaked me out but that’s just me I don’t like them and they were stained badly. However, when compared to other rates on the area this is what we could afford and it did the job. We had a place to rest for a few hours before journeying back home. Good for a night.
one tv did not work. called the office and they never showed up. cigarette burn hole in bed spread. parking area dirty and looked like homeless people congregating
The room was clean but there was significant water damage where the ceiling tiles were warped and gapping. There was a musty smell as well. The tv wouldn’t work and several lights wouldn’t turn on. It was cheap and you get what you pay for but I was quite disappointed with the quality.
Completely awful! Smoke detector was disabled and put in a drawer! When I contacted the front desk they told me they knew and it was in there because it kept beeping. Smoking devices found in drawers and bottle caps found on floor. Ceiling looked like it could cave in. No refunds available for the 15 minutes my family was actually able to stay in this hotel.
The property was hard to find. When I did locate, I was afraid to get out of the car. The sign out front was sun bleached and unable to read from the road. No one was visible at the desk and the lighting was very poor. I would like to be reimbursed. Confirmation message was also very sketchy.
"check you account let me know asap i pay all mt payment call me call me call me" I called and was put on hold. I ultimately slept in my car at a rest area and gone charge for this reservation. I would like to hear from someone as soon as possible.

We had a perfectly acceptable stay for five evenings at this Red Carpet Inn. Having stayed at different Red Carpet Inns previously, we knew what we were getting into, so we had no problems, but if you are new to RCI, then please keep in mind:
Pros:
- Inexpensive - this is the main reason to stay here
- Odd furniture layout in the room, but more than sufficient for our purposes.
- Seemed safe enough (room and neighborhood)
- Very convenient to food shopping, gas stations, franchise restaurants, etc.
- About a 15 minute, easy drive to Niagara Park - not much traffic
- Free and easy parking right in front of the room.
- Every room is on the ground floor, so no worries about carrying luggage up stairs.
Cons:
- RCI is not a luxury chain - don't expect it!
- Check in took about 15 minutes, because no one was at the desk and we had to call on the phone to get service.
- Key card "broke" the first day and needed to be replaced. No problem doing so, but we had to wait for a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Wasn't a big issue, just took some extra time.
- No daily towel or linen service, but if you ask for it, you can get what you want.
Overall:
If you are planning to leave the room in the morning and return at night to sleep, you'll find this RCI to be a perfectly acceptable motel. It's not a "location hotel" in which to spend a lot of time, but it is a very good low cost alternative if you just need a place to stay.
Could not find at first because street sign is completely faded out and just plain white with no text. Everything was very old and broken, linens dirty and stained, heat did not work. No person availble to leave feedback when checking out, just a sign to leave my key card.
Every thing was fine, just basic accommodations, they switched us to a non smoking room thankfully but then at 1 am tried to rent our room to someone else.
I had a reservation in this property for 2 rooms/1night. I was planning to stay with my family including a kid and an infant. I could not stay in this property with my kids and I had to checkout immediately after checking in. One of the rooms did not even have lights. This was a non refundable room and I trusted Expedia with providing me a good room for my family. I was disappointed by both the hotel and expedia.
