The location was convenient for our stay with plenty of parking. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clean. The mattresses were just ok, slept on better and worse. Breakfast was limited but good. Finding the pool was confusing as there is only one sign but down two hallways away and it was cold. Staff were friendly

Hotel was pretty centrally located to shopping and amenities. The room was adequate for our stay and for the price but there were baseboards on the floor and the bathroom mirror was taped together with duct tape. The hallways were quite noisy into the early hours of the morning. All of the staff we encountered had an attitude like they weren't having a great day. Overall our stay was fine if you just need a place to crash for a night or two.

Our room was switched by the staff, before our arrival. The girl mentioned that she made the switch from 2 queen beds to a king, at checkin. But didn’t mention that there was a jacuzzi inside the room. Not something I wanted to have in the room with a 4 year old. The bathroom floor & sink needed wiped down/cleaned. The tub collects water during a shower, but the plug doesn’t plug for a bath. The tub faucet has an ongoing leak. ((And I know I’m nitpicking with this one… but I wish the toilet had a lid. For the sake of flushing germs in such a small bathroom.)) My husband said breakfast was very tight for available seating. But it was ok for eating. Staff was ok. The bed was comfortable. And the a/c worked great. Parking was good also.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Niagara Falls. The location was good, and the staff was friendly when I reported an issue with my room. However, when I arrived, the bed sheets were dirty, and the room was not as clean as I expected. Thankfully, after I informed the front desk, someone came to replace the sheets and clean the room. Overall, my stay was acceptable, but I think the hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness before guests arrive. With better housekeeping, the experience would have been much better.

Well, the first room smelled like cigarettes. They did switch it for me—the other one was very clean—but the common areas were very, very dirty; the restaurant, the hallways, and the stairwells were all filthy. They really should clean more often. The air conditioning was indeed very good, and the staff were helpful.

We arrived and checked in with a friendly staff member. Went up to our room (King bed) and it was not cleaned, dirty towels all over the bathroom and bed was slept in. Returned to the front desk, staff was apologetic. She afforded to have the room cleaned, change rooms or a refund. We choose a different room but had to go with 2 double beds. That room was okay but the floor was dirty, in bad need of mopping. The whole hotel looks like it could use some updating. Our biggest compliant is the inconsiderate guests, wanting to have loud conversations with rooms across from each other. The hallways are all tile, so the sound carries all the way up and down the hallways.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Only downside was the guest upstairs. We were on the main floor and starting just before 6am until 1130 pm, all we could hear was people stomping around. It kept us up and woke us up early. There was a wedding there too and there was a lot of noise from that, but that’s expected being so close to the reception hall. A room farther away from it would be much better. The pool appeared ok, not the cleanest but we did not swim. Breakfast was included. But we had to leave by 6:30 on day one so missed it as it doesn’t start until 7:00. On day two, we made it around 7:30 and it was packed. Small area for such a large hotel. Lots of items were out of stock and got replenished after we had left. Overall the staff were very friendly

Rooms were a little dirty. We let the front desk know the toilet still had stuff on it. They handed us the spray bottle and a rag. We sprayed it and cleaned it a few times before using it. I cleaned the room myself. The beds are comfy. It was nice quiet stay.

We arrived late at night. The receptionist was still on duty. We were there for only 10 hours - just enough to get a great night’s sleep. The room was clean. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our satisfaction. There was plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable.

My first clue should have been the filthy corridor floors. The first room I was given had an old bedspread with stains on them (which had been washed but didn't come out). The floor had not been swept and the furniture had food stains on it. The bathroom sink was cracked and the toilet had been wiped at but not cleaned. The room smelled. After requesting a change I was given a room which was at least cleaner and didn't smell. Unfortunately there were stains on one of the towels. With any room near the lobby you hear all of the sounds from the lobby area. The continental breakfast was adequate as long as you were into carbs. A number of the amenities listed on its website did not exist. This is only a place to lay your head and not much else. Spend a little bit more for a good nights sleep, a good breakfast and peace of mind about where you are staying.
