The Ardea Inn is a classic Victorian, thoughtfully restored to provide comfort and enjoyment for your family. There are four spacious rooms and three bathrooms on the second floor of the house. The first floor offers shared community spaces for cooking, dining, relaxing and social engagement with your friends and family. A fully equipped kitchen, game room, piano room, front porch, back deck, and back yard offer a variety of environments to enjoy the property both inside and out. There is ample parking on site and the house is conveniently located within walking distance of a large grocery store, Whirlpool State Park, the Aquarium, and Niagara Falls State Park. You will not be disappointed by our home during your stay.

We offer a variety of amenities to allow for a comfortable and convenient experience while you are in Niagara Falls, USA. The house is tastefully decorated with art work created by local artists. All the artwork is for sale, feel free to inquire about pricing during your visit. We also have a full cabinet of board games, puzzles, art supplies, and more for the enjoyment of people young and old. Our piano room features a baby grand and its keys have brought hours of musical enjoyment to many of our guests. We have a television in the living room so you can enjoy a movie with your family in the evening. We do not have cable television, but feel free to access your personal streaming account to enjoy a movie of your choosing.

Our outdoor spaces are most enjoyable. You can spend time on the front porch or patio (there are extra seat cushions for the patio chairs in the front entry of our home, in the bench seat). The rear deck is spacious, private and quiet. There is a table and chairs for sharing meals outdoors during the warmer months and a gas grill for preparing your favorite meals outdoors. We have a backyard and fire circle for campfires and for kicking back under the stars.

Our home can accomodate groups up to ten people and we have a parking lot for 4-5 cars next to the house. There is also ample parking on the street if needed.
