"Clean & comfortable at a reasonable cost down a very interesting alleyway! We really enjoyed our initial stay here, so much so, that we rebooked when we returned to HCM! Close to shops, bars, salons, buses and even a park where it’s great to go and watch the locals exercising in the mornings. You can join in too! "the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."

"Property marked incorrectly on map by Expedia. Needed local assistance to find it. Place locked up on arrival. Needed to phone for assistance. Security on room poor; small glass panels above doorlock. Any unskilled person could break glass and enter. No security box. Only cold water available on first and last day. Shower head leaking spraying water everywhere. TV and set top box unable to be plugged in, sockets not accepting plugs. Fridge not working."

"All-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful."
