"I had a great stay at this condotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making the overall experience very enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that the property can get quite crowded during peak hours. Despite that, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay."

"We had an overall pleasant stay and there were many highlights during our visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The spa experience was exceptional. The spa’s beachfront location allowed us to enjoy the natural sound of the waves while relaxing, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cheerful, making the experience even more enjoyable. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room door occasionally made a loud alarm-like noise when opening or closing, which was inconvenient. The air-conditioning unit was also quite noisy and initially did not cool the room sufficiently, although the maintenance team responded and resolved the issue afterward. Additionally, there was noticeable noise coming from nearby construction or maintenance work next to our room, which affected our ability to rest. We contacted the staff about it, and while the noise eventually stopped, it took some time before the situation was addressed. Despite these issues, the outstanding service from the staff and the excellent spa experience left a positive impression on us. We appreciate the team’s efforts and hope these areas can be improved for future guests."

"Hotel is in a fantastic location across from the beach and walking distances to restaurants and shops. Great place to explore Nha Trang on foot. We found breakfast to not have many varieties. The pool was great and we enjoyed the steam and sauna rooms."

"Perfect location to explore Nha Trang. The staff are all very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and has the perfect view over the beach, the hotel has a tunnel to the beach so that we don't have cross the busy road. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, there were some visible stains on the floor, and water dripping from the bath. The house keeping team helped clean them up when we asked for a deep clean, and the reception team was willing to change the room for us if the bathroom could not be fix per our request. "

"The room was quite clean. I used to work at a hotel and saw tiny marks here and there but overall I could not complain. The pool was clean apart in general. I don't support having the smoking area next to the pool, but I guess it's a common practice here. The area is good. I loved that the hotel is not huge, it gives you some privacy"
