"Overall was ok, good location but place needs a bit of updating as it is very dated but has everything you need. There are ripped curtains in the bedroom and the shower needs the pressure and door fixed - simple low cost fixes which would make it much better. Owners live on site permanently and people live below the unit in the garage also so you only have the deck to use."

You are paying fairly premium prices, so there are some expectations with that.My main issue is with the punishing exchange with Baileys for check. "Stayed during the off season - Warmly welcomed by the proprietor. Adorable room in a quiet area with a wonderful view of the Firth of Thames on a very scenic property. Great sense of privacy and peace. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again if we get to come back!"
