"Never met hostess - communication only by phone. No lounge or tvs. I had queen bed but only one chair i might stay there again but probably go motel. Was okay for price."

"Property is fine. I did have to ask for details on how to get in on the day we were due to arrive but we received them in plenty of time before we checked in. The road noise is loud. I'd go prepared with earplugs if you're not used to being that close to traffic normally! Not something the owner can change but something to note when traveling with kids or elderly like I was."

"This property should be taken off stayz as the property is rented to permanment tenant we were not imformed that we could not stay there and had to pay to stay at a hotel we didtry to contact host numerous times and only got there message bank which we left messages on and we wish to get a refund of the total amout we paid for the property Unhappy customers"

"A nice house with plenty of space inside and outside. The only problem was there was still rubbish from the people before us and the owner provided us with the wrong pin for the front door. Nevertheless one of the sliding doors was open so access was still possible."

"The Big Deck is exactly the place for some RNR perfect spot amazing views bach has all you need dated but perfect for that kiwi bach experience by the beach ⛱️ was clean and tidy plenty of space so just perfect for us host was lovely great to communicate with everything went smooth even with a last min request to take the fur babies 😊 thanks so much Hine nd John we had such a nice break away the bach was awesome we did not want to leave just pecfect 👍😊👌"

"We had a great stay in this little house overlooking the vegetation. It's very quiet, and the bird calls are very pleasant. We had everything we needed, the house is very clean. The beds are heated, which is great in winter! We feel very comfortable."

"We were happy with most things, but please have a firm word with your cleaner about keeping the bathroom area hygienically clean, checking the drains regularly. And for future reference, please leave a full carton of milk in the fridge instead of an almost empty carton. Everything else passed the test though, Thankyou Ash."

"A fantastic house in park like surroundings, so private but access is off busy road,(hense 4 stars) It was a great place for our 4 couples catchup. Clean ,big (or huge ) bedrooms and comfortable beds. Plenty of crockery/glasses etc. It was a great venue for our group"
