"Excellent value for money overall. Very comfortable and staff were really friendly and efficient. Only improvements that could be made, a small fridge in the room would have been good and perhaps another chair ( only 1 at the desk ). "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. My son needed a pass printed off for a swimming gala he was attending - the staff printed it off for him within minutes. Thank you. This is our favourite hotel to stay at when we visit Aberdeen. The rooms are so well designed - I particularly like the sink and dressing area being part of the main room with only the toilet and shower behind the bathroom door. There’s also a fridge, the beds are super comfy and I love the full length windows. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future👍"

"We hadn’t been to Aberdeen for 20 years but when a relative became ill we decided to visit. The City has changed over the years and as a result Marriott built their Residenses in the city centre a newish build. The staff here are very pleasant kind and helpful and informative. Our room was spotless and had a fitted kitchen with microwave and fridge. The bathroom had a large shower with towels replaced as room service came to clean. Tea coffee and water supplied as we as cups plates and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was included cooked or cold items tea coffee and fruit juice. Extra cooked items were by request"

"Booked this at last minute after cancelling a stay at a hotel in Blairgowrie. What a bonus it was finding this hotel. From start to finish, the staff couldn't have done enough for us. So happy in their jobs which is fabulous to see these days. Service was excellent and in particular in the bar . Fiona, Hannah and Chloe in particular. As a business , you should be so proud of them. Great selection of food at breakfast. We ate both nights in the hotel and everyone's food was excellent, no complaints, not even minor ones. Food and drink prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend this hotel for cleanliness, comfort and quieteness. We had ground floor adjoining rooms as my Parents both have mobility issues. They were perfect. We'll all hopefully get vack again. "

"Amanda at reception at check in was wonderfully helpful at finding us the room as I had inadvertently booked the wrong date. She was understanding and cheerful. She deserves a big thank you. Also the food was delicious in the restaurant and staff delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. "
