"Stayed in the original part of the building, very nice indeed. Only saw the original part of the hotel , didn’t use the pool etc. gardens nice and lots of seating. Could do with a bit of TLC in areas, windows cleaned , outside lamps glass cleaned.just to enhance the property. Staff very pleasant ..."

"We had a warm welcome and the reception staff were very friendly and efficient . The didn’t mention the loyalty to join to get 10% off food and drink it was only I noticed it on the wall. We only used the town Leisure Centre, parking was free & plenty of spaces were available. The way in was clean with pleasant floral displays & road signage adequate. Only a short distance from the A1 & main routes to Durham Darlington or the North.
