Bedroom 3 also as a twin over double bunk and a twin over twin bunk. Bedroom 4 boasts a King bed and bedroom 5 with a queen bed.

The lower level of Chalet 76 is a true entertainment haven, featuring a second living room equipped with a game room (board games, Wii, Playstation 5, Air Hockey, Foosball, and a play area for the kids!) and outdoor access to the hot tub.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
