"This is probably one of the best hotels in Newport the only downside is that there is no beach view. It is clean, safe and the employees are really nice. I needed to change room types upon my arrival and the guy at the front desk helped me do that with no complications. Has a pool, hot tub, fitness center all the good things. One other downside was that the breakfast was awful, cold or over cooked food and not much of a selection was disappointed. I would definitely stay here again though because everything else is so good. "

"I checked in after hours. The manager offered us a late checkout. Room is clean. Nice location. Would be better if they had an a/c, but not a deal breaker. Room is spacious and served its purpose. Would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our weekend here. Beautiful property with amazing views from our room steps away from the beach. It was gery cozy & home feeling. The staff are amazing and very tentative 😊 We're definitely coming back as this was our 1st time staying here. Also pet friendly we have 2 pugs they don't charge pet fee for 2 dogs awesome 👍 "
