"Was very disappointed with the outdoor water park not being opened for our 4 year old granddaughter, the carpet in the lobby was very dirty and stained up, our bathroom door would not even latch shut, was excepting much more from the Wilderness Resort."

"After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. Checked into a 1st floor unit: kitchen appliances were dated, carpet needed cleaning, after walking on it for less than 30 minutes bottom of feet were black. After a rain storm on Monday water leaked inside from the sliding glass deck doors and soaked the carpet. We made the management aware of the problem and maintenance say all they...

"The accommodations shown in pictures was not the accommodations we received! We killed 3 roaches, when told management; they indicated that it was cold their trying to get in.. Well its cold were we reside as well, but no roaches enter our house!! Otherwise the facility and employees are great!!"

"We loved staying here. The property was amazing, our kids loved being able to ride around on their easy rollers. All the people we met were very friendly. It was a wonderful place to stay when having fur babies as well. Plenty to do without having to leave the resort. The camper/rv had everything we needed for our stay, plus things we didn’t realize we would need or didn’t think to bring. Will definitely be staying here again"
